Capital Punishment is essential to control violence in society

In these modern times, crimes are rising day by day, due to this lifes of human are in danger. Capital penalize is the the best way to control the crime or violence in our society. Many crimes are taking place these days, as heard by our society members, news channel, papers, radio and the most fast spreading made of news is social media. Actually everything take time to prepare proper report, collecting pictures, sending for print to the radio center and after two days the incidence get viral, but in social media or networking in just single click the things got viral from person to person in less than 24hours. For instance, NIRBHAYA'S rape case took place many years ago, accordingly india is slow in making decisions they just keep on passing the dates and make the case more complicate. At last the justice was given to the girl just few years back by just doing encounter of all the four criminals. Nowadays, crime like phone snatching, jewelry robbery, rape, misbehaving road side with random people at night etc. are taking place frequently in mainly big metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru. Due to weak force of human protection in India many of the crimes doesn't came in the hands of police or Defense force. Consequently, we only left with the solution from public prime is to just give capital penalize without any delay just after getting the information and a decision from high level as a confirmation, either the person is minor or major at fault else the person should prove himself that he/she had not done the crime intentionally. If we talk about other countries people are scared of doing crimes, as they are well known for encounter or penalize because they don't want to spoil the name and image of their country. This is done due to the power in the right hands and countries are free from politics, as they just review the case and decide either tom punish by giving death or imprisonment. At last, yes I totally agreed with the capital penalize, this is the only solution left for making people lives safe and secure because in India unemployment is rising due to demonetization, so people start doing crimes in frustration of not getting jobs or work for fulfilling their basic needs, Imprisonment is waste because people are getting shelter and proper meals after doing the crime.
