Today’s society provides people with various ways to lose weight, such as special diets or exercise regimes many people believe though that poor food and today’s lifestyle should be addressed first. What is your opinion?

In this modern era, people are persuaded by society to lose weight day by day; however, majority of people argue that, biggest concern should be poor diet and new way of life. I completely agree with this group of people.
In recent decades, we are witness that rate of advert are growing considerably, which are shown by huge figure of glamorous, good shape and well-groomed people. The crowds have a fancy that being healthy means losing weight, that’s why, having exercise regimes or particular ridiculous diets under the eyes of nutritionists is their honor. Widespread virtual world habits, for example: sharing millions of pictures on Instagram, Facebook daily shows a bright side of individuals’ life and not the monotonous part. Meanwhile, whoever is sitting at home feels like a fish out of water and feels force to do something: so that, people are on permanent diet to feel accepted in public.
In converse side of the coin, nowadays, women and men work together shoulder to shoulder thereby, there is no room for spending enough time to prepare a healthy food so, they have to order unhealthy on-the-go foods or pre-packaged one that are included by additives.
Unfortunately, this kind of life has led to sedentary life and people are suffering from obese. Studies have shown a strong link between eating junk foods and obesity and heart disease. For instance, USA, a country which is mega famous to compulsively overeating fast foods has largest number of obese people in the world.
In conclusion, I definitely agree that, although society tend to encourage the mass for losing weight in various ways, peoples’ lifestyle does not let them to prepare wholesome meal. Mass overconsumption should strike fear in to the hearts of everyone. They not only have to control their urge to consume less junk food, but they also need to learn how to cook healthy meals in less time.
