There are two of us living in shared room number 411. The previous student who I shared the room with was rational, patient, pleasant and inclined to studies.

Dear Sir or Madam
I'm writting you to explain my concern which is connected with my room-mate's behavior. She is very hard to cooperate with and her behavior makes my being in hostel quite difficult. Moreover all those things are impacting my study badly.
There are two of us living in shared room number 411. The previous student who I shared the room with was rational, patient, pleasant and inclined to studies. We were at the same wavelength. However, unfortunately, my current room-mate is a total opposite. We have been living together for 3 month and during this period we faced with miscommunication the huge deal of times. She organizes frequent parties and listens to the music wiht a high wolume after 11 p. m. To make things worse, she smokes in the room and doesn't clean up. Even after my requests, she refuses to pay attention to my dissatisfaction. I find it almost impossible to study properly and have needed rest with such a roommate.
I want to be shifted into another room as soon as possible bacause study term final is approaching. I would prefer a single room with private kitchen and bathroom. If th ere is no appropriate room I would like any room that is suppused to be peaceful.
I'm waiting for your reply.
Yours faithfully,
