Dear sir,
I am writing this email to share my grievance about specific problem arising in last few weeks. I am in deep trouble due to unwanted assembly of teens near my house in late night.
My house is in Deer Park area of the city situated opposite to the public park's north gate entrance. This entrance area is recently beautified as Spring season starts. Municipality has setup a pretty small garden and installed some benches around for seating. Since then, this place has become hot spot for the teenagers. They generally huddle in the evening hours and staying till late. These guys little care about neighbourhood, screaming, shouting and cheering insanely. This is causing lots of disturbance for us. For example, last Sunday we could not sleep on time and whole Monday was such a pale and unproductive day due to incomplete sleep. This has become routine thing and badly effecting our routine, work, life and health.
I would like to suggest to put some display board asking people to leave the place at most by 9 PM. Police can intermittently patrol the area and slap hefty fine to the violators. This will certainly yield positive result and discourage people to gather during late hours.
I, hereby, requesting you to take due action to solve this problem. I shall be highly obliged.
