Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to arrange an apartment for my family including me in Mumbai. We are moving from Punjab in regard to my transfer to the job. The notice of transfer just received yesterday, so it will be wonderful if you could manage a well-established house for us.
Looking at the notice period, I have overall 15 days to shift from my existed place. The first week of the next month, we would be there. That's why I and my family members decide to rent a house prior to our reach.
The reason behind the shift is job transfer. As I am a government employee, the movement letter reaches us just before 10 days. Therefore, It is urgent to find a stay at the unknown place by a responsible agent.
In particular, The size of the flat should be accordingly to the dwellers. The rented house should have three bedrooms with an attached washroom, kitchen, guest room, living area, and balcony. The unfurnished would be work for us, because, we have all the equipment or furniture. The house must have provisions of ventilation or airy. Especially, my parents are a bit old and suffering from artists as they could not step on stairs; similarly, the ground floor is the main preference.
It would be great if you could share pictures of the house previously. it will help us to opt for a comfortable place. I am hoping to hear from you the near future. Feel free to call me for any further details.
