I am writing to express for the Software engineer job that was offered to me but an emergency situation has arise in my family and would not be able to join on 15th September 2021.
As you know, I am the only son of my parents that I explained to you while Interview. My mother met with an accident which has broken her ribs ans she is treated now in the hospital and my father is also out of town which resulted all the responsibilities on my shoulder.
Currently, there is no one to look after my mom and I am only the nearest which present on her side. Doctors has suggested that she will be recovered within 2 weeks but completed bed request is required for her which makes me the care taker of her.
I assured you and I request you that please postpone my joining for 14 days and move it further. I am excited to join your firm and work under your supervision.
