I am writing to complain about the facilities at the sport center you own.
As a regular customer, I obliged to inform you that there are some improper conditions on the exercisers when I was there last. Firstly, there were tears on the matrass and some tires of the exercisers are not working properly. Moreover, the coach who was the duty on last Friday bahaved himself improperly. He even ignored some peoples asks. Such kind of drawbacks may lead some inconveniences. Preventing the forthcoming loss of clients as a manager, I hope you will pay your urgent attention to solve the issues.
