Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complaint about electric oven, which I recently bought from your shop. After only two days it started to go wrong. On the 21st of December I visited one of your local shops in order to buy an electric oven for my sister. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and asked a shop assistant about it. After getting information I decided to purchase it. Two days later my sister made a Callander said about the problem of the item. When she used the oven for the first time it worked properly and baked bread came out soft and mild. However, when she utilized it the second time there seemed to have been a malfunction while it was working. The dough of the bread became quite liquid. Furthermore, when she tried baking another piece of dough the same thing happened. In addition to this, the regulating button is very hard to use. I would like to replace the oven to well-functioning one. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report to the Customer Service Association responsible to this problem.
