There has been a colossal upsurge in the trend to see prodigies discussing employees should be hired based on their technical skills instead of their work experience. In my point of view, to a large extent, i agree with the topic, but, in some ways, it may back fire as well. Thus, ensuing paragraphs will present certain facts before coming to the conclusion. There are myriad of reasons to believe that technical skills can improve the performace of the organization. Firstly, the foremost one is that the required skills for the job they have already obtained and they are very prompt in learning new skills. In addition to that, there are numerous firms are available they does not require to check your qualification if you are technically sounds good. Moreover, many successful business man such as Bill Gates has never graduates from the college. additionally, The Elon Musk world's richest person and CEO of the company has never completed his graduation; furthermore, in social media he has announced that in recruitment process of employees he majorly focus on technical knowledge of a person irrespective of their background. On the other hand, past experience of the person also plays vital role in any organization. Firstly, the most conspicuous is that experience is the best teacher, so, based on their previous learning they knows how to eliminates their previous mistakes and it can be prove fruitful for any firm. Another one is that, to gain qualification from the renowed university they have pass through a lot more pressure. To exemplify, it took around four years to obtain renowed university graduation certificate. Consequently, their brainstorming power has increased which in turn helps them to solve the major problems to came up with a pragmatic solution. In conclusion, it can be said that assigning person for any job is completely depends on a mindset of the employer. However, according to my understadning and preferrence i choose to hire based on their technical skills because of thier knowledge, enthusiasm of solving a problem and keeness to learn new skills.
