In my opinion, I strongly believe that quality education has a huge role in developing one's career and personality than the premature work experience. Firstly, this essay will explain how the high level of knowledge helps people in their life and secondly, it will discuss the various skills that develop through University education. On the one hand, pursuing university degree in any subjects will give students an opportunity to grab a plenty of knowledge regarding the particular area. Therefore, it can be useful in their future to apply directly to resolve the issues arises in the work area. Moreover, every aspirant gets comparatively high chances to mingle with numerous faculties and students from different parts of the world who are holding a bundle of languages, cultures, attitudes, and skills, due to the fact that higher education is an open window to the world. For instance, if a student from India having a classmate with German citizenship would create an enthusiasm among him/her to learn more about the German culture and technology. Consequently, it increases his/her exposure. On the other hand, nowadays, university curriculum contains the provisions for skill development among students. They are giving focus on the skill-oriented courses in order to make them competitive to face the biggest employment market. The individuals acquire expertise in various areas including computer skills, accounting skills, financial management, social services, and money management. Furthermore, the communication skills also get improved through the continuous exchange of information between peer group. In addition to this, various activities such as seminar presentations, mock classes and assignment submissions boost their abilities in both reading and speaking. In conclusion, although work experience and sudden employment opportunities help people to an extent, I am strongly convinced that education is the key pillar of every progress among individuals as well as society.
