According to conceptions of specialists healty nutrition ought to be linked with particular physical exercise. Nonetheless, there is an argument for the necessity between these factors. In my essay I'm going to express my opinion by making argumentative views based on my own knowledge.
To begin, everyone wants to have good health and they try to achieve it in different ways. For example, because of good results without a lot of effort, some people prefer the nutrition and they receive it every day. To the point of my view, initially, it shows very satisfying results, but lastly the effects of nutrient get lost day by day. As a result, the other types of medicine may become useless to get health.
On the other hand, some people would like to do daily exercises or such kind of physical activity to be healthy. In my opinion, it is really useful way to keep fit and there is no disadvantages of this activity for health even if people do it for a long time. For instance, I also do exercises in the morning every day after washing my face and it always keep me energetic during the day. However, physical activities are a bit boring and that's why people usually give up it after doing for some time. There are some reasons for giving up physical activities such as lack of time, interest and so on.
In conclusion, physical activity, as well as nutrition is truly essential for our health and it will be good idea to do both of them in a regular basis. In my view, we can not ignore benefits of neither factor which helps to be healthy.
