In Some Countries, Most People Prefer To Rent Homes Rather Than Buy Them

Recently, most people like renting a house instead of owning it. Some people have a limited amount of time to buy house. The choice of renting a place to stay will be more affordable with price ranges and there's a wider variety of locations available. Renting a house, a flat or a condo has many advantages and disadvantages. Some advantages of renting are flexibility and predictable monthly expenses. When we want to lease a house, we will have many options which suitable to our budget. If we feel mismatched with our choice or if there is a reason we have to move to another city, we will be so easy to move and find another place which most preferable and comfy. We just need to bring our luggage to a new one. With renting, we also are not tied to the property long-term, and we are less responsible for saving for repairs, paying for taxes and insurance, and keeping up with other expenses. Rentals are also usually smaller than houses, which keeps down insurance and utility costs. That said, renters do pay some portion of insurance costs because they are folded into the rent, as are property taxes. So renting a home will save us without any of the burdens of homeownership. When rentals give plenty of merits, it also has some disadvantages. Firstly, we cannot make any changes to rented house if we want to decorate. Secondly, it will never be our asset so we cannot build equity. Thirdly, if we think to settle down and start a family or build a career in a specific company or location, it will be hardship for it will uncomfortable to move continually. To sum up, rentals have many advantages but when we want to stay for long-terms, we may consider other choice by owning it.
