Overall, it is clear that Peveril center showed the highest rate in responses to concerns, however Longston center was at the least in the table for the same service.
In more detail, patients valued the responses to concerns the most with 9. 6 out of 10 in Peveril center, despite that this number was 4. 3 point in Longston center. Rates for Pharmacy was the lowest in both Peveril and Marchbank center fluctuating between 5 and 7 points. Doctor’s service, however, was the most high-rated appraisal in Longston and Marchbank center with 8 and 8. 4 points respectively.
It can be seen that care of children evaluated with 7. 3 and 7. 5 points in Peveril and Marchbank centers and this service was second highest score in Longston center. One of the least valued aspect in Longston center was booking appointment with 5. 2 points and this service got the feedback of 9. 1 in Peveril and 7. 8 point in Marchbank centres.
