To begin, olives are picked from the tree and taken to the mill. The olives are then grounded and broken down, resulting in a paste. After that, the paste made will be distributed on a mat, then pressed, and water is added. The paste made will be stored in a separation jar, and that is when the oil and water are segregated. Subsequently, more water is applied to the blend in the olive oil return, and the excess water is then drained. The olive oil is ready to be packaged after this process is completed, and it is processed for some time. Lastly, the oil is ready to use after this period has passed.
