The city has Golf course and park, Housing estate, Industrial Estate and River surrounding the city centre. City planners have decided to build a new shopping mall in one of the two area, S1 and S2.
If we notice the area S2, we can see that the area is small for a shopping centre and it is bounded by railways also closer to industrial estate. Beign close to industrial estate and extremely close railways will surely be a mood killer for people that comes to the mall. How ever, merely looking into the area S1 we can see how large it is. S1 is bounded by roads from both sides and Railway. We can also see the passage of River through the area which always.
keep up the calm environment.
In conclusion, I can say that the area S2 is a better choice from S1,
